No Return & Refund Policy

All orders placed for delivery outside India are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation or refund.

Once an international order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or returned due to:

* Refusal or inability to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges applicable in the destination country

* Any delay, loss or issue arising after the shipment has been handed over to the international courier

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take utmost care in quality-checking and securely packing every order before dispatch.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the package from the time it was opened.

Our team will review the concern and, where applicable, assist with the appropriate resolution.

Please note that any resolution for an approved damaged, defective or incorrect item will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
